Returns
1. General provisions
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase at Armadillo.ch.
If an item nevertheless does not meet your expectations, you may return it under the conditions below.
2. Return period
You have the right to return products to us within 30 days of receiving the goods.
The period runs from the date of receipt.
After this period expires, a return is generally excluded.
3. Requirements for a return
A return is only possible if:
the goods are unused, undamaged and complete (incl. original packaging, accessories, labels, etc.),
the return takes place within the return period,
the proof of purchase (invoice or delivery note) is enclosed.
Excluded from the right of return are:
Personalised or custom-made products,
Sealed products that for hygiene reasons are not suitable for return (e.g. opened cosmetics, underwear),
Digital content or download products once provided or downloaded,
Vouchers.
4. How to return
Please notify the return in advance by email to: info@armadillo.ch.
Pack the goods carefully to avoid transport damage.

Return shipping is at the customer’s cost and risk, unless the goods were defective or incorrectly delivered.
5. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return, we refund the purchase price (excl. shipping costs) within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
For damaged or incomplete returns we reserve the right to claim a reduction in value.
6. Exchange
A direct exchange is not possible.
If you want a different item, please place a new order via the online shop.
7. Defective or incorrect delivery
If a product was delivered defective or incorrect, we of course cover the return shipping costs.
Please contact us immediately by email at info@armadillo.ch so we can arrange replacement or refund.
